We’ve been using the Erickson e-track system for the floorboard of our trailers, along with e-track straps and chocks, for a few years now and can attest it is the most flexible, secure, and easiest system to tie down your Arcimoto FUV in a trailer. This is because the chocks (that keep the wheels from rolling) and straps are very easy to snap in and ratchet down. When you don’t need them, you snap them out and now have a fairly flat bed you can use for hauling other things. I hate the chocks that are permanently bolted in so it becomes a trip hazard. This system cost over $200 but it is well worth it and hard to beat.
We got the Ultimate Trailer OHT3 for the FUV. It fits well and doesn’t require a ramp because the trailer has an air compressor that raises and lowers the entire bed.
